This is a preliminary booking request. Any contract or agreement which may result from this request will ultimately be made between you (the Purchaser) and the individual GVR Artist or band. Upon Artist acceptance of an offer, the Purchaser agrees to return signed contracts, riders and deposits (if applicable) to Ground Vinyl Records (the Agent) immediately upon receipt from the Agent, and agrees to abide by all terms of the contract and riders.
Artist booking fees are confidential by nature, and may vary considerably based on a variety of factors. Generally, Ground Vinyl artist fees range from a low of $100 to a high of $1000 per performance. Weekdays may be cheaper than weekends, and artists on tour are more likely to work a deal if they already intend to be in your area. Sometimes, a touring artist may ask little more than a clean bed, hot food and gas money in exchange for a show in a new area ... it never hurts to offer. If you are unsure when an artist plans to be in your area but would like to be kept in mind for a possible future performance, please indicate as much in the 'EVENT & OFFER INFORMATION' section.
